Polaris RZR scan tools, clutch tools, and belt tools as well as tool-related accessories like Polaris RZR tool box mounts & tool storage accessories. You would think that they would of fixed this issue and it wouldnt be a issue on the midsize but it sure sounds the same to me. The wiring harness was zip tied to tight from the factory and it pulled some wires. ydopen said: I had this issue with my old 2011 800. I don't know if I have the rods installed improperly and don't know what position the bell cranks should be in. Low gear doesn't seem to work now either. I now can't get the linkage rods adjusted right. I just changed out the shifter of my 1996 Polaris Sportsman 4x4 400. It turns over fine, but acts like the fuel is too rich and prone to flood. But if the engine is hot, like after a short stop on the trail, it's tough to restart. I have a similiar but perhaps different problem, and I'm looking for suggestions to correct it.

X2 How to turn up idle on 2013 polaris sportsman 500 ho follow ur throttle cable down to cars there should be a plastic screw close to cable to adjust idea but with polaris that screw can be hard to find with all.
